Britney spears was the queen of the night taking home 3 moonmen, including the most coveted one of all "Video of the Year" for 'Piece of Me':

That show was the wackness. They pumped up a bag of bs. Britney Spears did nothing but show up, the gave her those awards to make her feel good about herself cuz the vid was so low budget. Rihanna did her usual can't sing worth a damn. I'm not going to even go into more detail but I this this is the last time I will watch the VMA's. They get worse every year.
there was no black star power at all!!! no beyonce, no alicia, no mary, no jay-z...you need the heavy hitters to keep my attention!
The show was extra whack this year.
The host sucked
