Updates on Chris Brown/Rihanna and Tameka Foster

According to HipHollywood, Chris Brown has boarded a private plane headed to the East Coast. The move comes less than 24 hours after Brown was released on $50,000 bond for allegedly assaulting girlfriend Rihanna.The destination of Brown’s flight has not been made public. He pulled out of his previously scheduled NBA ALL STAR event.

In other news Wrigley’s has suspended his Doublemint ads until his legal problems are settled. His "got milk" campaign has also been pulled from the website.

We are also being told that Rihanna had to cancel her show in Malaysia, and she has canceled her 21st birthday bash. The party was slated to be held on February 20 in New York City. E! Online’s Marc Malkin says the Barbadian singer’s music label had been putting together ideas for the birthday party for about a month. The festivity was planned to have a carnival theme with various “sideshow” attractions, a source claimed. There were about 200 people to be invited.


As I predicted, this is getting worse and worse. It would be a shame for Breezy to loose his career over this, and hate that Rihanna had to go through it plus suffer the public humilation.

Her Grandmother has released a statement to a local newspaper in Barbados saying Rihanna is "fine".


And in case you missed it Chris and Rihanna were not the only no-shows to the Grammys. Usher had to back out to be with his wife Tameka who had some serious complications after a cosmetic surgery in Brazil.

His rep said yesterday:

“Tameka Raymond is in stable condition after suffering complications from routine surgery in Brazil. Her husband Usher is with her at the hospital. No further details will be released, and the family requests privacy at this difficult time.”

Access Hollywood reports Tameka, 37, experienced complications from plastic surgery. A neurosurgeon, Dr. Gabriel Hunt of LA’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, arrived in Brazil yesterday to treat Tameka.

Our prayers are with her, that plastic surgery is no joke.
