The NY Post is reporting that Jigga has been meeting with the Las Vegas Sands Corp about selling them a 50 percent stake in th 40/40 club for $44 million. Jay is really banking these days, and he and wife Beyonce's combined wealth is currentl estimated to be 1 billion.
