A man claims actor Gary Coleman assaulted him with his fists and his truck. Gary is saying he was just trying to escape an over-zealous fan. 50 cent is claiming Lil Wayne's song "Lollipop" might be a rip off of his hit "Candyshop."

“‘Lollipop’” is ‘lick lick lick lick it like a lollipop,’” 50 told Rolling Stone, singing the verse to prove his point. “And ‘Candy Shop’ is ‘I’ll take you to the Candy Shop/ I’ll let you lick the lollipop.’”

Star Tidbits: Tyra show guest speak their mind about Ms. Banks and Neicy Nash raises money for ACT

The Tyra Banks Show celebrated the First All Black Model Issue of Vogue Italia during a live taping of the Tyra Banks show last week. What we didn’t know, is that she was not being very nice to the audience during the taping.

Page 6 has reported: The model/talk-show hostess kept her "Tyra Banks Show" audience waiting for nearly two hours at her West 26th Street studio Tuesday during a taping of

"Celebrating Black Models, Past, Present and Future," while she stood backstage giggling, snacking and chatting with the crew.

"You could hear her going on and on because she was standing right behind the stage curtain," said one audience member. "She's talking and talking. Meanwhile, you have the entire audience waiting almost two hours for the taping to start." And our spy said when Banks finally did take her seat onstage, she had a bad attitude. "She leaves us waiting, and everyone is sitting there complaining, and then she comes out and doesn't say a word about it. She didn't even say hello, she got right into her script," said our source. "She acted so cold towards everyone. She's a phony."

Dang, and I always defend Tyra when people talk bad about her....

Neicy Nash took the stage as an auctioneer at the Arts for ACT 2008 Saturday Fine Art Auction and Gala Fundraiser. ACT stands for Abuse Counseling and Treatment Inc., and is a nonprofit Fort Meyers organization that helps shelter and heal domestic violence victims in Florida. The event raised $250,000 for ACT.
