Adam “Pacman” Jones has made headlines again. It is reported that he got into an altercation with his own bodyguard in Dallas. Apparently, he got a little cocktailed and started confronting the very guy that was supposed to be protecting him. The security guard refused to put up with the foolishness and went to the bathroom to take a leak. Pacman followed him and then sucker punched him from behind. A fight ensued until it was broken up by venue security. No one was arrested in the ordeal.

According to sources Aretha Franklin wasn’t happy with the statement Tina Turner recently made about her ego. This is what she had to say about the situation:

“I have always appreciated what Tina Turner has to offer and had quietly cheered her on after Ike and her subsequent success. However, with respect to her statement concerning my ego (in saying, ‘Her ego must be so big to think she was the only one … that’s how queens are’) clearly she was talking about herself as she described herself as the ‘Queen of Rock’ and saying ‘that’s what Queens do’… particularly since she does not have a clue as to who I am in view of the fact that we have never met. “I never figured her to resort to tacky press just to sell a few tickets. I understand and I know that the concert market is down where ticket sales are concerned. I really had put her in a different class…higher than that."

Damn, looks like Mama Retha got Tina right together. I dont know who win in a fight between the two. Tina did end up whooping Ike's tail, and still has that energy and stamina thanks to performing on her current tour, but Aretha Franklin is just extra big and might put Tina out with one hit.
