As reported in the previous post, Amerie made an appearance at the 3rd annual Hot In Hollywood event in California this weekend. She decided to rock the same feathery-vest-thing that we have seen twice in the last week. Rihanna wore it while out shopping, then Cassie wore it to the VIBE party.
