TMZ is reporting that the gun found near the SUV that police discovered Julian King's body in, is indeed the murder weapon in the Hudson slayings.

"The gun was used in all three murders -- Hudson's mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew. The Chicago Tribune cites sources who say the weapon was traced to a Michigan owner who had once reported it stolen. Unfired bullets in the gun matched casings at the murder scene. It's a .45-caliber Sig-Sauer, semiautomatic pistol."

Police have also confirmed that seven year old Julian was alive when he left the home of his grandmother, and shot multiple times in the SUV where his body was found.

A private invitation-only memorial service is being held on monday at Chicago's Apostolic Church of God for Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother, and nephew in Chicago.
