Tongues have been wagging since the birth of Lil Wayne’s son yesterday in Cincinnati, OH. Wayne has been long linked to a lot of girls in the past, but everyone thought he had settled down with R&B singer Nivea. It is being reported that his newest “baby mamma” is this chick:

Her name is Sarah. And Im told she does not currently have a relationship with Wayne, and plans to raise the child without him. Well WITH his check of course…but without his presence.
