Beyonce definitely glammed WAY DOWN at some points for her upcoming role as Etta James in Cadillac Records (due out Dec. 5). The star says she had to put on 15 pounds for her role and clearly she's on that Oscar grind. Historically, people who make drastic changes in their appearance for a role always at leat get nominated for an Academy award. Check out these new and very un-flattering pics from the movie:
