"[Real Housewives of Atlanta] star Lisa Wu Hartwell filed suit for primary custody of her two sons with ex-husband and R&B singer/producer Keith Sweat !According to court papers filed with the the Superior Court of Fulton County, Hartwell attorneys say "The best interest of the minor children will be served by modifying the current custody and visitation provisions to make Mother the primary physical condition of the minor children". Proving that she's stable, so to speak (after a 2003 ruling that gave Sweat full custody), Hartwell's lawyers say "Since the time of the Divorce Decree, (Wu) has remarried, owns a successful business and will provide a stable, loving, and nurturing environment in which she can raise the minor children. If Wu-Hartwell is able to gain custody, the reality star is likely to request child support as well."

Joshua Kutnick said he believes Balfour is innocent but cannot handle the case any longer."It's the kind of case that involves intense hours," Kutnick told reporters after speaking with Balfour's mother…."I was gathering all the resources, but I couldn't finance it."Kutnick's decision is likely to be followed by the court appointing a lawyer from the public defenders office.

On Monday, for unknown reasons, two members of Cherish announced their intention to record and release an album. Sources close to Singersroom.com say twin sisters Felisha and Fallon King have left their sisters/band members Neosha and Farrah to form a duo group instead of moving forward with a follow up to 2008s "The Truth."Moving forward, the King sisters are working on an as-yet-untitled effort and have recorded their first song titled "Infected." Felisha and Fallon are rumored to have hit the studio with Bryan Michael Cox and Eric Hudson.
