Its been a month since the tragic murders that took the life of actress Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother, and 7 year old nephew. Her estranged brother-in-law William Balfour was being held in jail for a parole violation and was a public suspect of interest. Well today, according to TMZ, he has been arrested and charged in connection with the triple homicide.
Since they took son long to charge him, I'm assuming they have some pretty concrete evidence.
