Michelle Obama delivers a "down to earth" speech and J-hud will sing the national anthem at the DNC

Critics are praising Michelle Obama for the speech she delivered yesterday at the Democratic National Convention. Michelle was able to paint a picture of a real human being as opposed to this "celebrity" that McCains camp is trying to make Barack out to be. If you missed it, check it here:



And Access Hollywood is reporting that Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson will sing the national anthem at the Democratic National Convention at the request of Barack Obama.

The source reports that Barack Obama has asked the songstress to sing the National Anthem Thursday night in Denver when he formally accepts the party's nomination.




I'm proud of J-Hud, BUT im also skeptical of how well she will do after seeing this:

i never liked her tone, that spotlight song made it work for her, but other than that she always sounds like shes bellowing
